Five-Roller Stretching System-------------- Equipped with 3-5 sets of traction rollers utilizing silicone or chrome-plated rollers to prevent strip scratching; adjustable stretching speed range of 5-20m/min accommodates production requirements for plastic steel strips of varying thicknesses (0.4-1.2mm).
Temperature Control System-------------------Utilizes a PLC control system with touchscreen operation, achieving ±1℃ precision across the entire line. Real-time temperature curves for each section are displayed, with fault alarm functionality (e.g., temperature anomalies, motor overload) enabling prompt operator intervention.

RAW MATERIALS
PET plastic steel belt can use raw materials: 100% bottle flakes or crushed materials or thickening granular materials
1. Bottle flakes--- waste mineral water, Sprite, Coke and other bottle flakes as raw materials, after crushing, cleaning, drying materials.
2. Crushed materials---- finished PET plastic steel belt after crushing, screening, cleaning, drying raw materials;
3. Thickening granular materials----PET crushed materials after processing, cleaning, thickening granular materials
