Raw material requirements: PP new material or recycled material.
Power consumption: The whole machine power is about 100kW (depending on the production capacity).
MAIN CPMPONENTS
PLC system----The equipment adopts an intelligent PLC Chinese/English version control system, which is simple and easy to understand, beautiful and generous, sturdy and durable, long life, and low failure rate. The equipment has an exclusive parameter memory system, which can store data after each specification is produced, and the parameters can be directly adjusted during the next production.
Oven----Constant temperature intelligent oven, with multiple heating tubes inside, uses electricity to generate heat energy, reaches the set temperature, and automatically stops heating, with low power consumption and less loss.
Winding machine----can be matched with automatic winding machine (automatic roll changing, automatic tape cutting, automatic stop), servo motor control, no manual operation required.
