PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PP STRAPPING:
PP strapping (polypropylene strapping) is currently the most widely used lightweight strapping material in the industrial and logistics sectors. Made primarily from polypropylene resin through processes such as extrusion, stretching, and embossing, it offers sufficient tensile strength while ensuring ease of use and cost-effectiveness. Main applications include: bundling paper products, hardware, home appliances, clothing, fruits, and e-commerce goods, ensuring the safe transport of cargo.
FEATURES:
1. Lightweight and high-strength, offering outstanding value for money;
PP strapping has low density and light weight, yet its breaking strength meets the strapping requirements for the vast majority of ordinary goods (such as cardboard boxes, light metal parts, and wood). Compared to steel or PET strapping, procurement costs are significantly lower, making it suitable for high-volume use.
2. Flexible and resistant to brittle breakage, with excellent cushioning properties;
PP material inherently possesses a certain degree of ductility and elasticity, allowing it to adapt to changes in cargo shape during the strapping process and remain secure without loosening.
