PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PET PLACKING BELT:

PET packaging belt/PET strapping—also frequently referred to as PET "plastic steel" strapping—is a new type of eco-friendly packaging material distinguished by its exceptional performance and wide range of applications. It is primarily utilized for the bundling of heavy-duty products, including paper goods, steel, aluminum, cast iron, cotton, chemical fiber products, bricks, marble, and similar items.

CORE PRODUCT FEATURES:

 PET strapping has a dense molecular structure and high crystallinity, resulting in a rigid yet highly resilient texture. It is typically transparent, semi-transparent green, or black, with customizable diamond-patterned embossing. It offers excellent anti-slip properties, is odorless and burr-free, and boasts uniform specifications and high dimensional accuracy. It is compatible with various manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic strapping equipment.

1. Stable Tension Without Slackening-------Its elongation is extremely low, only one-sixth that of ordinary PP strapping. During long-term storage and transportation, it maintains over 95% tension, preventing rebound and loosening, and ensuring continuous and secure fixation of goods, preventing displacement and scattering.

2. Combining Rigidity and Flexibility for Impact Resistance------ Combining the tensile strength of steel strapping with the cushioning toughness of plastic strapping, it exhibits approximately 5% cushioning elongation when subjected to external impacts, bumps, and vibrations. It can withstand heavy loads while also cushioning transportation impacts, protecting the integrity of goods.

Safe and non-damaging----- PET strapping has no sharp burrs or edges, so it will not injure operators during strapping or unstrapping, nor will it wear down or scratch the surface of the packaged goods. 2. High Adaptability------Resistant to high and low temperatures as well as corrosion, with a melting point of up to 260°C. It remains stable and retains its shape even at 120°C, whilst being impervious to moisture, acids, alkalis and UV radiation. It will not rust, age or crack, making it suitable for complex environments such as indoor warehousing, outdoor transport and damp industrial settings.

3. Lightweight and easy to handle------The material is lightweight; for the same length and specifications, it weighs only one-sixth of steel strapping. Handling and packing operations are convenient, significantly reducing the physical strain on operators.
