Multi-strip Parallel Extrusion Structure
The PP strapping production line adopts a parallel extrusion design with 2–12 strips, enabling continuous production. Under 24-hour operating conditions, different models have a capacity range of 2.5–14 tons. Models with 1–12 strips extruding simultaneously can be selected based on production needs.
High-Speed Operation Supports High-Frequency Orders
The equipment's line speed can reach ≥260–300 m/min, reducing production queues under stable operating conditions and adapting to high-frequency shipping scenarios such as warehousing logistics and export packaging.
Supports Recycled and Blended Material Processing
