The flow process of making PP strapping


Feeding material→ material barrel heating → into screw hearting → screen mesh filter material → mould output strap → traction the strap → stretching → embossing → printing →setting oven make the strap more straightness → winding final product


Tips: if you dont need printing the information on strap, then leave the printing step.
