2. Ingeniously designed, the embossing machine's upper and lower flower wheels are synchronized with precision gears, guaranteeing perfect rotational harmony. This ensures that the intricate patterns on both sides of the strapping tape are flawlessly aligned, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and the transparency of the tape.
3. Our design innovation allows for a fixed gap between the upper and lower flower wheels during assembly, preventing any collision and significantly extending the lifespan of these critical components.
