Application:PET plastic steel belt automatic winding machine is a servo winding machine that can automatically wind, rewind, cut and change rolls. Once the application is started, the system will work independently.

Dehumidifier----A rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system dries the raw materials. A dew point of -50℃ ensures that the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤50PPM, while also having a solid-phase condensation and thickening effect.
Stretching System----- The equipment employs a unique double stretching process, resulting in superior strapping rigidity, stable width, and improved tensile strength.
Heating System------- A unique oven-circulating heating system utilizes a reciprocating winding method to fully leverage heat energy and significantly reduce power consumption.
