The parts of PP strap making machine

 

​ 1.Mainframe part

• Single Screw Extruder:we using the Material 38crmoaAL, it mainly used stirring and melting of raw materials, Extruded into embryo strap

• Barrel:Drying the raw material and giving the screw a melt

​

 

• Automatic screen filter changer: We use an automatic screen filter changer, does not need stopping to change of it. 4 sets net filter mesh using can be change.

 

• Die head:According to the machine to use fixed mould or adjustment mould which can make 5-19mm width, for example: 4 output straps making machine can be used to produce 4 moulds with embryo straps at the same time. we have 1/2/4/6/8/12 straps output in the same time, depend on the capacity you need.

 

2.Cooling tank: cool down the embryo straps(The best temperature makes 20 degrees below )

 

 

3.Stretching part: Instantly extends the embryo straps to 10-12 times its lengt,then it undergoes a second stretching to make the packing straps shape with uniform width and thickness

 

 

4.Shaping part: Re-shaping to reduce the probability of deformation after winding

5.Winder: rewinding the strapping produced by the machine, can be choose semi-automatic winder and fully automatic winder.
