Features of embossing wheel:
1.The packing belt embossing wheel is a device used for embossing a pattern, text or a specific mark on a packing belt (such as PP packing belt, PET packing belt, etc.) . These embossing wheels are usually installed in the embossing device of the Packer, through the contact between the roller and the packing belt, forming the desired indentation or pattern on the packing belt.
2. Embossing wheel after nitriding, heat treatment surface hardness can reach 60 degrees, strong and durable, this embossing machine embossing the surface of the packaging belt lines clear, rough enough, automatic packaging machine using belt force.
3.Embossing machine upper and lower two flower wheel with synchronous gear, ensure up and down synchronous rotation, ensure that the two sides of the flower spinning packaging belt is fully consistent, increase the packaging belt's beauty and transparency.
