Product Description of PET plastic steel belt:
PET packaging tape (also known as PET strapping tape, plastic steel tape) is a high-strength plastic strapping material made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as the main raw material. It is widely used in logistics, warehousing, building materials, papermaking, metal and other industries.
Features:
1. Material properties
PET material-----It is made of polyester resin by extrusion and stretching, and has excellent tensile strength, impact resistance and weather resistance.
Environmental protection-----It can be recycled and meets environmental protection requirements. Some products use recycled PET raw materials.
Temperature resistance-----It has a wide working temperature range (-40℃～120℃), does not soften at high temperatures, and is not easy to crack at low temperatures.
2. Physical properties
High strength-----The tensile strength can reach 200-800MPa (much higher than PP strapping tape), which is close to the performance of steel tape, but lighter.
High toughness-----Elongation (about 20-30%), it is not easy to relax after bundling, maintains lasting tension, and is not easy to break, making the product more firm and secure.
Anti-corrosion-----Acid and alkali resistant, moisture-proof, rust-proof, suitable for humid or corrosive environments.
