Flexible operation Single double plastic pipe winder/coiling machine/wire coiling machine is mainly used in winding-up and packing of aluminium-plastic compound pipe cross-linking compound pipe and other plastic soft pipes. It automatically adjusts winding speed and winding methord. It has two disk for continious winding. It adopts air-operated method. The wheel rib of the winding up wheel adopts air-operated opening and closing. It is equipped with a ray creel stand to automatically wind displacement. It reaches winding up orderly. The machine structure is compact. Its automatication is high. Its appearance is beautiful and its opration is conenient.
Introduction to Single Double Plastic Pipe Winder
The single double plastic pipe winder of the CQA135M/355M streamlines the parallel winding process directly from the extruder.
Following manual material application, the systems function independently and seamlessly integrate into an overall fully automated production plant. They excel at winding micro spray tape with widths ranging 1 - 3.5 inches or 3.5 - 5 inches, depending on the setup.
Once a winding package achieves the desired circumference, it undergoes film wrapping via the integrated winder and is subsequently extracted from the line by the integrated transport system. Concurrently, a new winding tube is supplied from the magazine, ensuring uninterrupted automatic winding of the subsequent package.
Developed for continuous operation, these machines boast a compact design, facilitating their utilization even in confined spaces.
