The CQ800 semi-automatic PET strap winder supports direct parallel winding from the extruder. After cooling, the strap enters the winding station directly from the extruder exit, eliminating the need for accumulator stands or buffer equipment. This direct integration effectively shortens the total production line length, reduces strap exposure time, and lowers contamination and stretching risks. The machine uses a dancer constant tension system to automatically compensate for minor speed fluctuations between extrusion and winding, ensuring smooth operation. Available with 1 or 2 mandrels, the CQ800 can be directly linked to the extruder line for efficient extrusion-to-winding integrated production, ideal for new plants or those wanting to optimize line layout.
