The CQA819PD fully automatic PP strap winder supports direct parallel winding from the extruder, eliminating the need for intermediate accumulator stands or buffer equipment. After cooling, the strap enters the winding station directly from the extruder exit, while the dancer constant tension system compensates for minor speed fluctuations between extrusion and winding. This direct integration not only simplifies line layout but also reduces the exposed strap length, lowering dust contamination and accidental stretching. The machine winds two 8-19 mm PP straps simultaneously, achieving efficient, compact extrusion-to-winding integrated production.

The dancer constant tension system continuously senses strap sag or tension and automatically adjusts winding motor torque and speed to absorb differences, ensuring smooth winding.
When winding two straps simultaneously, can each side have its own speed control?
Both straps share the same extruder speed, but each winding station has an independent dancer tension control, allowing individual tension adjustments for minor side‑to‑side differences.
If the extruder stops temporarily, will the winder stop automatically?
