The CQA819P Automated PP Strap Winder is engineered to wind two PP straps simultaneously directly from the extruder, effectively doubling output without increasing floor space. With a winding speed of 50-300 m/min, a maximum package diameter of 500 mm, and dancer-controlled constant tension, the CQA819P ensures high-density, consistently wound coils for straps from 8 to 19 mm wide. Built for 24/7 continuous operation, it features an integrated transport system that automatically removes finished packages and feeds new winding tubes from a magazine - all while you wind two straps at once.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this winder really handle two PP straps at the same time?
Yes. The CQA819P is designed with two independent winding positions that operate simultaneously. Each position has its own dancer control, laying system, and pneumatic mandrel, allowing you to wind two 8-19 mm straps side-by-side - effectively doubling your output per machine footprint.
Does winding two straps together affect package quality or tension?
No. Each station is independently tension-controlled via a dedicated dancer system. The electronic 2- or 3-point laying ensures minimal strap bend, so both packages achieve the same high density and uniform appearance as a single-spindle winder.
How automatic is the process once the straps are manually threaded?
Fully automatic. After initial manual threading, the machine runs continuously. When a package reaches the set diameter (max 500 mm), the integrated transport system removes it while a new winding tube is fed from the sleeve magazine - all without stopping production.
What strap widths and package sizes are supported?
Strap width from 8 mm to 19 mm. Traverse length is adjustable from 50 mm to 200 mm, and maximum package outer diameter is 500 mm. Mandrel diameter is 203 mm.
