The traverse length is infinitely adjustable from 50-300 mm via the touchscreen, with no mechanical part replacement needed. The machine handles PET straps of 9-32 mm width, winding speed 50-250 m/min, and dancer constant tension with dual servo motors ensures uniform density from core to outer layer. An optional dual-mandrel configuration enables fast manual bobbin change. Central recipe management stores multiple processes for quick spec switching. Semi-automatic operation: manual bobbin change, automatic winding - offering high cost-performance.
