PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PP STRAPPING BELT
PP strapping belt is an environmentally friendly strapping material and an economical packaging material, used in fully automatic strapping machines or semi-automatic strapping machines.
Raw materials------- 100% polypropylene new material or recycled material
Width: 5-19mm, thickness: 0.3-1.2mm
FEATURES:
Material --- Made from brand-new polypropylene (PP) granules, without any recycled materials. The strap has a uniform color (mostly transparent or pure white) and a smooth surface free of impurities. It boasts strong tensile strength and superior resistance to stretching and breakage compared to recycled material strapping, securely binding heavy goods and preventing breakage during transportation.
High Flexibility --- Possesses excellent flexibility and ductility, resisting brittle fracture when bent. It is compatible with semi-automatic and fully automatic strapping machines, as well as manual strapping tools. The heat-sealed joints are strong and secure, preventing loosening, thus meeting the automated and efficient packaging needs of various applications.
