The PET strap making machine's extruder utilizes a dedicated PET screw with unique parameter design. This screw provides a unique separation and mixing effect, ensuring uniform plasticization of the raw material. It offers advantages such as high extrusion capacity, excellent plasticization, high hardness, and high wear resistance.
The PET strap making machine features a three-dimensional, foldable, ultra-large filter area. The expanded filter area is 30 times larger than that of traditional flat filters. The filter can reach 80 mesh, and the unique screen-changing device significantly reduces screen-changing time and improves work efficiency.
The PET strap making machine utilizes a rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system for raw material drying. A dew point of -50°C ensures a moisture content of ≤50 PPM, while also maintaining a viscosity-enhancing effect on the solid-phase polycondensation process.
