PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE
Automatic strapping machine
a: Automatic strapping machine, without manual belt insertion, high working efficiency, one full automatic strapping machine is equivalent to 5 semi-automatic strapping machines.
b. There are four packing methods for this machine, manual, pedal, automatic and continuous.
c. The parts of the movement are precisely processed by computer numerically controlled machine tools, and the matching accuracy reaches the micron level.
d. The key machine parts are made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials and have a long service life.
e. Packing noise is low, and it stops immediately after packing technology, which saves electricity and is practical.
f. The standard frame of this machine is 800*600 mm. If the size of your goods is larger or smaller than this size, we can also customize it according to your size.
WORKING PRICIPLE
Take the special strapping machine for light strapping as an example. Put the strapping object on the table, adjust the strapping length, and the machine will automatically supply the strapping. The operator will wrap the strapping around the object, insert the strapping head and touch the micro switch. The machine will complete the actions of strapping, tensioning, cutting, hot melting, pressing, etc. in sequence to complete the single strapping process.
