Product Description of PP Strapping Equipment:

PP strapping tape making machine is used to produce PP strapping belt for strapping and packaging. It adopts PLC control, and the whole production line realizes automatic production. It uses special screw and pressure sensor for PP extruder to ensure stable production and strapping tape quality. You can use 100% recycled pp flakes or virgin materials or mix them with each other.

Working principle of PP strapping belt production line:

Raw material processing---PP raw materials are dried and then fed into the extruder.
Extrusion molding----The raw materials are melted in the extruder and extruded into the strip through the die.
Cooling and shaping---- The extruded strip is quickly cooled by the cooling system.
Stretching enhancement----The strip is longitudinally stretched by the stretching system to improve performance, with a stretching multiple of more than 10 times.
Embossed treatment----The surface of the strip is embossed to increase friction.
Reeling and packaging---- The finished strip is wound by the winder and stored after packaging.
