The pp strap band extrusion line​ is a high-end extrusion equipment with a dedicated screw for the extruder. It has uniform plasticization, consistent flow channels for the embryos, more complete shrinkage and shaping, more stable products, and more accurate dimensions

Raw material processing---PP raw materials are dried and then fed into the extruder.
Extrusion molding----The raw materials are melted in the extruder and extruded into the strip through the die.
Cooling and shaping---- The extruded strip is quickly cooled by the cooling system.
Stretching enhancement----The strip is longitudinally stretched by the stretching system to improve performance, with a stretching multiple of more than 10 times.
Embossed treatment---The surface of the strip is embossed to increase friction.
Reeling and packaging--- The finished strip is wound by the winder and stored after packaging.
