Handheld electric strapping machine

Handheld electric strapping machine is a portable and efficient industrial strapping tool. Powered by electricity, it automatically performs the processes of tightening, sealing (or locking), and cutting the strapping band, thus replacing traditional manual or semi-automatic strapping tools.

Functional Description:

Upon completion of the bonding action with PP or PET strapping bands, the pneumatic strapping machine automatically severs the excess tail end of the strapping band, separating it from the joint.

Key Points for Use and Maintenance: 

Standard Operating Procedure---- Includes threading the strap → tightening → welding → cutting. After welding, wait briefly before removing the machine to ensure the welded joint cools and solidifies properly.

Battery Maintenance-------Avoid over-discharging the lithium battery; charge it promptly when the battery level is low. If not in use for an extended period, remove the battery from the machine and store it separately. Use the original charger for charging and pay attention to the ambient temperature.

Daily Inspection and Cleaning:-------- Regularly clean dust and debris from the machine surface to prevent them from entering the interior. Check the wear of consumable parts such as friction pads and replace them as needed.
