PET strapping equipment/PET strap makinge machine is a specialized production line that produces high-strength plastic strapping from recycled or virgin polyethylene terephthalate (PET) through processes such as melting, extrusion, stretching, shaping, and winding. Due to its high strength, corrosion resistance, attractive appearance, and recyclability, PET strapping is widely used in heavy-duty product packaging in industries such as steel, aluminum, papermaking, chemical fibers, building materials, and brick factories.
 
FEATURES:
1. Raw materials----- PET plastic steel belt can use raw materials: bottle flakes or crushed materials or thickening granular materials
Bottle flakes: waste mineral water, Sprite, Coke and other bottle flakes as raw materials, which are crushed, cleaned and dried.
Crushed materials: finished PET plastic steel belt is crushed and screened, cleaned and dried;
Viscosity granular materials: PET crushed materials are processed, cleaned and thickened granular materials
2.Dehumidifier------The rotary honeycomb dehumidification and drying system is used to dry the raw materials. The dew point of -50℃ ensures that the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤50PPM, and the original solid phase polycondensation viscosity increasing effect is also achieved.
