8.8oz Dark Blue 100% Lyocell Lightweight Denim for Summer Jeans & Casual Apparel
1. Product Description
A lightweight denim fabric made from 100% pure lyocell fiber. With a weight range of 8.8 to 8.9 oz, this light-to-medium weight fabric delivers an ultra-soft, fluid hand feel and excellent draping quality, far lighter and more comfortable than traditional cotton denim. It features a classic 3/1Z right-hand twill weave and a wide width of 61-62 inches. The full lyocell composition retains the classic twill appearance of denim while bringing upgraded skin-friendly and breathable performance, making it an ideal choice for warm-season denim products.

Perfect for lightweight summer denim garments and all-day casual wear, including thin-fit jeans, denim shirts, casual dresses, lightweight jackets, comfortable skirts, and breathable daily apparel suitable for spring and summer.
3. Advantages & Functions
Lyocell is an eco-friendly regenerated fiber extracted from natural wood pulp, with a closed-loop production process that saves water and reduces emissions. It is a premium sustainable alternative to conventional cotton denim raw materials.
Through specialized weaving technology, we shape pure lyocell fiber into a classic 3/1 twill denim structure. It retains the authentic casual texture of denim on the outside, while completely eliminating the stiffness and heaviness of traditional cotton denim, with a silky smooth touch and elegant drape that feels close to premium woven fabrics.
Garments made from this 100% lyocell denim are highly breathable and moisture-wicking, keeping the wearer cool and dry in warm weather. They are also easy to care for, maintaining a smooth, neat shape even after multiple washes, with minimal wrinkling and no shrinkage issues common to pure cotton denim.
4. Usage Instructions & Notes Washing: Machine wash at 40°C. Turn inside out to protect the dark dye. Wash separately or with like colors for the first few washes. Avoid high heat drying to maintain fabric texture and drape.
5. Shipping & Lead Time MOQ: 3,000 yards (negotiable). Free A4 sample available (buyer pays shipping). Lead time: 15-30 working days after deposit confirmed. Logistics: Sea freight / Air freight. Works with your forwarder or we can recommend cost-effective carriers.
