1. Product Description
A mid-heavy weight cotton-lyocell blend denim crafted from 80% premium cotton and 20% lyocell fiber. With a uniform weight of 12 oz, this fabric delivers a balanced hand feel that combines the structured texture of classic denim with the smooth suppleness of lyocell. It features a standard 3/1Z right-hand twill weave and a wide width of 61-62 inches. Dyed with reactive dyeing technology, the reactive blue shade is pure and saturated with reliable color fastness. The 20% lyocell content softens the stiffness of traditional cotton denim, adding natural drape and upgraded skin comfort, ideal for everyday premium denim collections.

Suitable for a wide range of classic denim garments and year-round casual wear, including straight-leg and regular-fit jeans, denim jackets, overshirts, casual skirts, workwear-inspired pieces, and versatile daily apparel.
3. Advantages & Functions
Lyocell is an eco-friendly regenerated fiber sourced from natural wood pulp, produced via a closed-loop process that reduces water usage and environmental impact. It serves as a sustainable upgrade option for conventional pure cotton denim materials.
We adopt an 80% cotton to 20% lyocell golden ratio. This formula fully retains the rugged, authentic texture and vintage character of traditional cotton denim, while the lyocell fiber brings a smoother hand feel and better draping quality, effectively reducing the stiffness and rough touch of regular 100% cotton denim. The reactive dyeing process ensures a bright, even blue shade with excellent wash and rub fastness, maintaining a neat appearance after repeated laundering.
Garments made from this fabric offer the breathability of cotton and the soft comfort of lyocell, staying comfortable for all-day wear without stuffiness. The fabric is also easy to care for, with less wrinkling and better shape retention than standard pure cotton denim, keeping a crisp silhouette over time.
4. Usage Instructions & Notes
Washing: Machine wash at 40°C. Turn inside out to protect the dark dye. Wash separately or with like colors for the first few washes. Avoid high heat drying to maintain spandex elasticity.

MOQ: 3,000 yards (negotiable). Free A4 sample available (buyer pays shipping). Lead time: 15-30 working days after deposit confirmed. Logistics: Sea freight / Air freight. Works with your forwarder or we can recommend cost-effective carriers.
