CoolJade™ functional fiber is designed to provide a cool-touch sensation and assist with moisture management, making the fabric suitable for lightweight denim collections intended for warmer seasons.

2. Comfortable Stretch

The 1.2% spandex content offers moderate elasticity, improving flexibility while maintaining the structured appearance associated with classic denim garments.

3. Lightweight Denim Weight

With a weight of 7.7 oz before washing and approximately 9.1 oz after washing, this fabric is suitable for lightweight jeans, shirts, skirts, and casual jackets.

4. Classic Dark Blue Denim

The dark blue color provides a timeless denim appearance and performs well with garment finishing techniques such as enzyme wash, stone wash, and rinse wash.

Notes

1. Pre-wash and pre-shrink the fabric before cutting to avoid finished product size deviations.

2. Use specialized denim needles and thread to prevent skipped stitches or needle breakage.

Precautions

1. Slight color differences may occur between batches. Please confirm lab dips/approved samples before mass production.

2. Pay attention to grain direction when cutting elastic fabrics to prevent garment distortion due to stretching.

3. Fabric contains spandex. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to prevent elastic fiber degradation.
