1. Product Description
A robust premium blended stretch denim featuring a high cotton content of 74.5%, enriched with 17.4% polyester, 7.5% rayon, and 0.6% spandex. Weighing between 11 and 12.5 oz, this fabric offers a substantial yet comfortable medium-to-heavy weight. The classic 3/1Z twill weave provides a strong, textured structure with a width of 58-59 inches. The blend of fibers creates a fabric that is breathable, exceptionally durable, and remarkably soft, with a subtle stretch for enhanced mobility.

Ideal for crafting durable workwear, classic jeans, casual jackets, structured shorts, denim skirts, and everyday utility garments that require both strength and comfort.
3. Advantages & Functions
High Cotton Content for Breathability & Comfort: With 74.5% cotton, this denim maintains a natural, breathable feel against the skin, ensuring comfort during long hours of wear. Superior Durability & Strength: The 17.4% polyester content significantly boosts tear and abrasion resistance, making this fabric ideal for heavy-duty applications and daily wear.
Enhanced Softness & Drape: The addition of 7.5% rayon gives the fabric a remarkably smooth hand feel and fluid drape, eliminating the coarse texture often found in high-durability denims.
Comfortable Micro-Stretch for Unrestricted Movement: The 0.6% spandex provides just enough mechanical give to ensure freedom of movement without compromising the structural integrity of the garment. Rich Dark Blue Color: A deep, saturated dark blue dye with excellent color fastness, maintaining a polished look wash after wash.
4. Usage Instructions & Notes
Washing: Machine wash at 40°C. Wash separately or with like colors for the first few washes. Turn inside out to protect the dark dye. Avoid high heat drying to preserve spandex elasticity.
