Transmission System

Characteristics
The TY1×120III tension machine adopts a single-axle trailer structure with a beautiful appearance. The front end is equipped with a reversible traction tractor, which is convenient for hauling.

Adopt German Rexroth planetary reducer and hydraulic motor, compact structure, form an advanced closed loop hydraulic transmission system, advanced technology, power saving, high transmission efficiency and reliable quality.
The friction plate wet brake is integrated in the planetary reducer to avoid daily maintenance. Spring brake, hydraulic release, easy operation, short response time, can achieve no gap braking, safe and reliable, in the stopped state, it can prevent the line running accident caused by the loosening of the tail line.
