Spun polyester sewing thread is a kind of very commom sewing thread.It is of high-tenacity, low elongation full- colour, and high color grade.Ordinarily divided into two-for-one twister thread and non-two -for-one twister , the former has the feature of few knot, which can be used in industry and ordinary sewing.Industry sewing have high quality requirements in strength, knot, and low hairiness. we chose different thickness of sewing thread according to the thickness of the garments and textile goods.
Our sewing thread is made of high quality alkali - free glass fiber yarn produced by special process and PTFE coated.
Processed fiber yarn are more smooth, soft, abrasion resistance, having better resistance to fold with high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high strength, excellent properties.
When in high speed industrial sewing machine sewing, thread does not untwisting,which can guarantee thread in sewing stitch is bright and clean, no burr, continuous line, sewing of the glass fiber filter bag can be used under the high temperature of 280 ℃, and it won't crack break thread.
