My G38 is the long-wheelbase version with a heavier front axle. After replacing the front repair kit, will the rear air suspension's self-leveling be affected?

My G38 makes a "clicking" rubber friction noise from the front suspension when steering at a standstill or low speeds. Can this repair kit solve this problem?
