1. Description of c purlin roll forming machine
C purlin production process: use the steel strip as the raw material, by the processes such as Leveling, Rolling, Punching, standard length Cutting, etc. become the final product. It can be used for the major stress structure of the large and middle-sized industrial constructions and civilian constructions. The roof load-bearing and wall panel supporting the plants, warehouses, engine houses, hangars, exhibition halls, cinemas, gymnasiums, fair flower stands, etc.
C purlin rolling mill is a kind of equipment for continuous production of C-type channel steel by feeding, punching, bending, cutting, and other processes with galvanized or cold rolled steel strip.
The main components of C-channel rolling forming machine include manual decoiler (capacity 3 tons), feeding guide rail of different sizes of materials, leveling device, front hydraulic punching of holes or grooves on flange, rolling forming parts, back hydraulic punching of holes or grooves on Web, hydraulic cutting machine, PLC control cabinet, and hydraulic oil pump.
