90KW 122HP Stainless Steel Submersible Pump Corrosion Resistant Conditions of Use:
 
1. The power supply is 50Hz, 380V three-phase alternating current or (single-phase 220V).
2. The electric pump must be immersed in water to operate, and the submerged depth is not less than 0.5m and not more than 5m.
3. The ambient water temperature should not be higher than 40 degrees Celsius.
4. The water source is non-corrosive clear water, the sand content is not more than 0.1%, and the pH value is 6.5-8.5. Vertical installation, the wellbore is upright, and the well pipe has no misalignment.
Instructions before installation and start of stainless steel deep well submersible pump:
When conveying water, the sediment content shall not exceed 50g/m3, so as to ensure the cooling effect of the motor and the smoothness of the pump flow channel, and prolong the service life of the equipment.
Before use, the cavity of the water-filled motor must be filled with water. For the method of water injection, refer to the warning plate of the motor, or refer to the requirements of the motor instructions of different manufacturers.
The content of hydrogen chloride in water is not more than 1.5mg/l; the content of chloride ion in water is not more than 400mg/l.
The water output of the water source should ensure the continuous operation of the electric pump.
Electric pumps are strictly prohibited from idling without water, and people and animals are strictly prohibited from approaching the work area.
