25hp clean water submersible pump is powered by electricity, AC submersible motor normally. If you or your clients would like to powered by solar panels, connecting an inverter from AC to DC.
25hp water submersible pump is pumping clean water or sea water, from deep well, river, tank, vessel, reservoir, lake and so on, which applied for agricultural farmland irrigation, hills and mountain, mine industry, clean drinking water, fountain projects.
Notes for water submersible pump
1. Checking the power cable, no broken
2. Turning the impeller by wrench, confirm it can be turned smoothly
3. Checking the drain hole at the bottom of the water pump. If it is loose, tighten it
4. Fulling the motor with clean drinking water
5. Tighten the screws of the water injection hole and exhaust hole on the upper part of the motor
6. After installing the pump into the well, observe the flow rate and current. If the current is common and the flow is small, it may be reversed. Adjust the steering. If the current is still high and the flow is small, there may be water leakage from the pipeline connection. Check the pipeline.
Water submersible pump working conditions:
1. The motor needs to be filled fully with clean water before use and tighten the water injection bleed bolt.
2. Testing run on land shall not exceed one second
3. The motor must be completely submerged
4. Lead can cable joints shall be operated as required
