The Durable Stainless Steel Submersible Pump is engineered for demanding marine environments including offshore drilling platforms, ships, ports, and coastal facilities. Its corrosion-resistant construction makes it suitable for handling seawater, brackish water, and industrial drainage where conventional cast iron pumps may corrode rapidly.
This pump combines a submersible motor and hydraulic pump section in one compact unit. It operates directly underwater, eliminating the need for separate pump rooms or complicated suction piping. Customization options include flow rate, head, motor power, voltage, frequency, outlet diameter, cable length, and construction material.
Available in various stainless steel grades to match specific environmental conditions:
Material selection is based on chloride concentration, temperature, pH value, suspended solids, and expected operating life. SS316L is commonly selected for marine drainage and seawater transfer due to its excellent chloride corrosion resistance.
Combined pump and motor unit reduces installation space and simplifies piping layout on ships and offshore platforms.
Multistage hydraulic structure available for long-distance transfer or water lifting to higher elevations.
Available in three-phase configurations: 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, 460V, and 660V at 50Hz or 60Hz.
Configurable for vertical or horizontal installation with optional cooling jacket for limited water circulation conditions.
