3kw 5.5kw QSP Fountain pump Overview
The QSP series fountain pump is a newly developed specialized pump designed specifically for fountains. The motor uses DR470 cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with increased winding turns and thicker submersible wire gauge. The cable is a four-core three-phase JHS-type fountain cable (special fountain cable), and the impeller is equipped with an anti-loosening device. The motor cavity is coated with anti-rust magnetic paint. These structural improvements reduce the pump's moment of inertia, resulting in faster response times. High-performance dedicated bearings and enhanced insulation (insulation class) ensure the pump meets the frequent start-up requirements of musical and special fountains.
3kw 5.5kw QSP Fountain pump Operating conditions
1. QSP series fountain pumps must be completely immersed in water during operation, with a minimum immersion depth of 0.5 meters and a maximum immersion depth of 5 meters.
2. The ambient water temperature must not exceed 40°C.
3. The working medium is non-corrosive clean water, with a sand content of no more than 0.1% and a pH value between 6.5 and 8.5.
4. The power supply is three-phase 50Hz with a rated voltage of 380V. The power supply voltage should be kept within the range of 342V to 420V.
5. QSP series fountain pumps should be used within the applicable range near their rated head (pressure).
6. The pump must be equipped with a suitable start protector and reliably grounded.
