A: 316L stainless steel contains 2-3% molybdenum, forming a MoO₂ protective layer that improves chloride ion corrosion resistance by over five times that of 304. In seawater environments, the annual corrosion rate of 316L is less than 0.1mm, ensuring a service life of over 15 years.
Q2: How is high head achieved? Does it affect efficiency?
A: It utilizes a multi-stage centrifugal pump structure with high-efficiency guide vanes on each stage, optimized with CFD fluid simulation. Even at a head of 500m, efficiency remains above 72%, far exceeding the industry average of 65%.
Q3: How does it handle media with high sand content?
A: The three-blade impeller features a streamlined design, ceramic wear rings, and an axial clearance adjustment device. It can effectively handle sand-containing media with particle sizes <3mm and concentrations ≤2%. Tests show that after 1000 hours of continuous operation, the impeller wear rate is <0.5%.
Q4: Is customization available?
A: We can customize power, voltage, and materials. We offer versions with a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 90°C, as well as upgrades to explosion-proof grade ExdⅡCT4. Customization typically takes 8-12 weeks, and 3D model verification is provided.
