strong corrosion-resistance and excellent mechanical properties conform to NACE stdMR-01-76
according to various well conditions.
Barrel Type:
1. Plating barrel, 67HRC-71HRC
2. Chemical material plating barrel, corrosive medium is difficult to invade, it's suitable for oilwells which have more corrosive medium.
Spray plunger:
1. HRC is greater than 53.
2. The spray surface is solidly combined with pump bodies.
Valve Type of sucker rod pumps:
1. We offer a cost-effective solution with stainless steel valve seat and ball.
2. With high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance, our Stellite valve seat and ball are the ideal choice.
The pump's barrel assembly and standing valve assembly can be easily connected to the tubing on the ground. They are first run into the well, followed by connecting the plunger assembly to the lower end of the sucker-rod and running them into the pump.
The tubing pump is known for its large flow rate and robust structure.
There are two types of standing valve: non-pullable and pullable. The pullable standing valve for tubing pump is available in cup type and mechanical type.
