The single-piece bow spring casing centralizer is a newly designed, integrated steel flexible centralizer used for casing centralization during the cementing process in oil wells. These centralizers are manufactured to customer specifications and are slip-on centralizers that can be produced in any diameter. The blades, top, and bottom rings are made as a single piece to ensure the centralizer's integrity during rig operations. The centralizers meet the API Spec 10D requirements for starting compression, running downhole, and expansion force. They provide high fatigue strength for axial forces and radial side loads on the bows during tubular rotation. Compared to other spring bow centralizers, they offer greater flexibility.
Features of the single-piece bow spring casing centralizer include:
1. Starting and restoring forces that comply with API standards.
2. Greater flexibility compared to other spring bow centralizers.
3. Improved centering efficiency. 4. Increased standoff. 5. 360° wall coverage for enhanced load-bearing area.
