1005100FB06001 Crankshaft Pulley is a torsional vibration damper assembly fitted on the front end of crankshaft for JAC HFC4DB2-2E diesel engine. It transmits crankshaft rotational power to drive alternator, water pump and air compressor via multi-rib belt, while absorbing harmful torsional vibration generated during combustion cycles. This aftermarket replacement pulley resolves belt slippage, abnormal squealing, rubber decoupling layer delamination and timing signal deviation caused by aging damping rubber, broken pulley grooves and loose inner hub of old pulleys. Stable power transfer for auxiliary systems reduces belt premature wear and protects engine crankshaft and accessories for light trucks used in urban delivery and frequent variable-load operation.
