It is installed between engine and frame, bearing the full weight of power assembly and isolating engine vibration from transmitting to vehicle chassis and cab. This aftermarket replacement mount fixes severe cab shaking, abnormal impact noise and bolt loosening caused by rubber aging, inner rubber tearing and metal bracket deformation of worn mounts.
