Oil seal is not strict and leakage of countermeasures

Apply sealant to the outer ring of the oil seal, wrap the key slot on the shaft with stiff paper to avoid scratching the lip of the oil seal, use special tools to rotate and press the oil seal in, never hard hit hard, in case of deformation of the oil seal or squeeze break the spring and failure;
In case of lip flanging, spring shedding and oil seal skew, it must be removed and reloaded.
It should be noted that when the axle diameter is not worn and the oil seal spring is sufficiently elastic, do not tighten the inner spring without authorization
3. the general working conditions of the oil seal applied in machinery are poor, the environmental temperature difference is large, the dust is much, the machine tool vibration frequently causes the mechanical condition to change constantly, the inspection, maintenance and maintenance.
4. such as bearing diameter and serious wear;
Oil seal rubber aging or spring failure, should be timely repair and replace the corresponding parts.
5. Troubleshooting for abnormal heating parts or assemblies;
Avoid mechanical overspeed and overload operation to prevent oil seal lip temperature rise, rubber aging, lip early wear and so on.
6. always check the oil level, if the oil impurities are too much, there is an alloy powder, metal scrap to completely replace the new oil.
The brand and quality of the oil should meet the requirements of the season.
Suggested that matt ray super sealant is added in the oil & lubricants, it is a wonderful gearbox additives, can be in an inert material film is formed on the parts, it can reduce the leakage of oil seal, prolong the service life of gear oil seal, also can reduce the noise of gear box, the matt ray super seal lubricants used or not for oil pollution caused by the deterioration of oil product.
