Product Description

The livestock manure compost shredder is a specialized piece of equipment designed for the pre-processing of livestock manure (such as pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, etc.) for composting. Its core function is to shred, mix, and loosen wet, sticky manure that may be mixed with straw, bedding materials (such as sawdust, rice husks) into small pieces, mixes them, and loosens them, creating uniform and well-ventilated material conditions for subsequent composting fermentation.

Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and low maintenance: Components in contact with manure (such as spiral blades and mixing chambers) are made of 316 stainless steel, resistant to corrosive substances like ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in manure, with a service life over three times longer than ordinary carbon steel.
4. Energy efficiency and environmental compatibility: To meet the low-cost requirements of organic fertilizer production, the equipment uses a low-speed, high-torque drive (8-15 RPM), consuming only 0.5-0.8 kWh of electricity per ton of manure processed, significantly lower than metal shredders (1.5-3 kWh per ton).
