7) Adopting efficient cap settling system which carried perfect cap feeding and protection device.
8) It is adopted spiral descent fashion for the support plate for bottom of bottle at the outlet thumb wheel.
And to adjust the input height is not necessary for exchanging model of bottle.
9) Carried the perfect protection system to overload; it can be used to protect facilities and operators efficiently.
10) Because of applying touch screen for operation, it is possible to realize man-machine conversation whereas the status of device running is clear at a glance.
11) The primary electric components such as touch screen, PLC, converter etc. are all adopted with well-known import products.
Filling head
Filling valves take high-precision mechanical valve, with the features of fast filling speed, high liquid level precision.
Filling valve adopts 304/316 materials to airproof to realize the constant pressure filling.
Sealing head
Sealing head of four roller design, can let cans uniform stress, not crushed cans and will not damage the lid, the lid scratches, not leak after sealing.
Lid loading cage
This is the Lid loading cage, it will load lid on the Can. If the diameter of Can is different, the Lid will be different size, so customers need to change this whole part, we do not recommend customer to change this part, it is not easy.
