High-speed aluminum can filling machine
KQS30-6 type filling, commonly known as High-speed aluminum can filling machine for short, can filling and sealing machine is another new type of beer or aerated beverage filling and sealing machine produced by our company on the basis of introducing the technology of West Germany 0+H company. It is suitable for filling various types of cans (two-piece cans, three-piece cans). The equipment is equipped with a can sealing machine, and its matching type depends on the production capacity.
The machine is supported by foot bolts to ensure that the ground is clean. By simply adjusting the foot bolts (adjustable range ±50mm), the tank belt can be at a specified height, ranging from 1250 to 1400mm.
The driving force of the filling machine is transmitted from the sealing machine through the universal joint drive shaft to the worm gear reducer, and then the gear on the upper body of the reducer is directly meshed with the external ring gear of the jar support, so that the filling machine can work normally. , The worm gear reducer also drives the tank belt, feed screw, input star wheel, etc.
The empty cans are fed in by the can conveying belt. Through the can brake, the synchronous feeding screw is input into the star wheel to enter the filling station. With the transportation of the filling machine, ideal filling can be realized. The real cans are then transported by a special conveyor belt. Simultaneously feed into the sealing machine.

In this way you should provide the room and board, round-trip flight ticket charges, visa fee, insurance,and also need to pay for installation workers as subsidy according to the actual situation.
5, All of the electrical parts in our machines are CE or TUV approved. We can offer you UL or CUL/CSA approved parts if you need for the North American markets. The good electrical parts are the guarantee for the good quality for our machines.
