Product Overview

This product is a glass lens kit engineered for around 100W high‑power COB LEDs, featuring a high‑borosilicate glass lens with a 75×135 degree road‑lighting beam and a matching square aluminum heatsink for use in street, tunnel, plaza and high‑mast luminaires. The lens has a diameter of about 107 mm and a height of roughly 33 mm, and is combined with a square heat sink to deliver both high optical performance and strong thermal management, making it ideal for OEM/ODM fixtures and retrofit projects.

Key Features

The 75×135 degree elliptical pattern is optimized for main roads, expressways and tunnels, providing a long throw along the roadway and wide lateral coverage to improve uniformity and reduce dark spots.
High‑borosilicate glass offers excellent resistance to high temperature and thermal shock and maintains clarity without yellowing, making it more stable than standard PC optics in high‑power, high‑temperature and chemically exposed environments.
Transmittance above 90%,combined with precision optical surfaces yields standard road distributions, enhancing luminaire efficacy and glare control.
The matching square aluminum heatsink uses fins to lower COB junction temperatures, extending LED and driver life, and its geometry integrates easily with common street light heads for both new designs and retrofits.
The kit’s modular combination of lens, gasket, holder and heatsink allows manufacturers to add a COB source and driver to create a 100W street or tunnel luminaire quickly, shortening development time for OEM/ODM and upgrade projects.
