Product Overview
This 20mm optical PMMA LED lens is designed for 1–5W high‑power LED spotlights and beams, featuring a 20mm diameter, ultra‑narrow 5 degree beam angle and optical‑grade PMMA with transmittance around or above 93%, ideal for applications requiring high center lux and long‑range, point‑style illumination. Combined with a single high‑brightness LED and a suitable driver, it can be used in ceiling spots, track lights, display accent lights, outline lighting and various industrial or commercial indicator beams.
Key Features
A 5 degree “pencil beam” creates a very small spot with extremely high center lux, ideal for long‑range targeting, pointer beams and high‑contrast accent lighting.
The 20mm diameter is a common industry standard, allowing easy integration with available holders, reflectors, luminaire cut‑outs and MCPCBs, which helps reduce tooling and structural design costs.
Optical‑grade PMMA provides high transmittance—typically 90–93% or higher—good molding precision and impact resistance.
