This 300W COB LED uses a large 45×45mm package and a high-thermal-conductivity copper-core ceramic substrate with vertical chip technology to deliver high luminous flux and uniform emission under high drive currents, specifically targeting stage, theatre, follow spot, projector and entertainment lighting applications.
Depending on the application, high-CRI warm white (e.g. 3200K CRI>90), cool white or RGBW/RGBWA full-color options are available, meeting the color requirements of theatres, studios, weddings and concerts.
The 45×45mm substrate ensures mechanical strength and contact area for cooling, while the small light-emitting surface produces high luminance and excellent optical control, ideal for reflectors and zoom optics in narrow-beam, high-intensity stage spots.
The high-thermal copper-core ceramic or metal substrate package provides low thermal resistance, efficiently transferring heat to the heatsink, reducing junction temperature and enabling high-current operation, which is essential for 300W stage and projector luminaires.
