The IACM-PX series bus module is an RFID controller that offers standard industrial bus protocols, supporting ProfiNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and MODBUS TCP protocols. It includes two M12 T-CODE power supply interfaces, two M12 D-CODE 4-PIN bus interfaces, and either 2 or 4 M12 A-CODE RFID reader and writer interfaces. The housing is made of a sturdy zinc alloy material, featuring wide connection range, strong communication capability, good environmental adaptability, and a high level of protection
The IACM-PX series bus module can be used in conjunction with RFID in the manufacturing process of the 3C and new energy industries. After identifying the carrier through RFID, it transmits the information to the controller, achieving workpiece identification, recording of inspection results, automatic work reporting, mixed-flow production, etc., greatly improving production efficiency and product quality.
