Produced in high-cleanliness dust-free purification workshops with liquid casting process, no forced stretching during production. Features compact molecular arrangement, low shrinkage, negligible orange peel and stable shape. Color pigments are fully fused into the substrate for permanent color lock and anti-fading performance.
2. Fast Thermal Self-Healing & Excellent Scratch Resistance
Minor scratches and swirl marks recover within 5s under 70℃ hot water or heat gun. No abrasion marks left after 10 times copper brush rubbing under 750g/in load.
3. Outstanding Anti-Aging & Anti-Yellowing Performance
Adopts original USA Lubrizol aliphatic TPU. Passes over 3000-hour QUV aging test with ΔE ≤ 2, effectively blocks UV rays to prevent yellowing, discoloration and cracking under long-term outdoor exposure.
4. High Hydrophobic & Multi-level Chemical & Stain Resistance
Water contact angle ranges from 70° to 90° for obvious water beading effect. Resists oil pen marks, bird droppings, tree sap, acid rain and carburetor cleaner; no residue or fogging on surface after chemical contact, easy to wipe clean.
