Special Surface Conditioner For Magnesium Alloys Mag-3011 Removes Residual Substances
The special surface conditioner for magnesium alloys, Mag-3011, can remove the residues left during the activation process, achieving the effect of making the product surface smooth and white.
Usage Method (1000L Solution Preparation)
Fill the chemical tank to approximately 1/3 capacity (about 300L)
Take a clean conical flask and add 100ml of pure water
Using a pipette, take 2ml of the degreasing solution and add it to the conical flask
Add 2-3 drops of indicator
Titrate with 0.1 mol/l H₂SO₄ standard solution until the solution changes from red to colorless. Record the consumed titration volume (ml) as V pt
Chemical Replenishment
Addition frequency: When alkalinity point is less than 13, add (14.5 - concentration) × tank volume (L) × 0.01 kg
